Mantra

Mantra - resilience an adaption to climate change
Here is a saying that we have seen documented by an australian indigenous person. The quote really hit home for us. We like to use it as our mantra to ensure that everything we do and work towards for our future allows us to be resilient to survive those challenges.
With the impending environmental changes brought about by climate change we believe that the increased costs of goods, particularly food and transport will be the biggest threats to human survival and more particularly our lifestyles. To ensure that we have the best possible chance of a stress free, enjoyable and healthy life into the future we are working on learning all we can to be self sufficient in food/water and hopefully in income management. All within close range of our home so that we will not have to make major changes to our lifestyle in a hurry and without any skills.
With all the warnings and time that we have had to prepare for climate change we won’t really feel sorry for people that become victims of climate change, due to their own in-action or lack of preparation. Bring on the challenge we are ready!
HERE IS THE QUOTE:
I reflect back to what my father said.
“That when there is outside influence and changes if you’re not leading that change then you will be a victim of change.”
